Uzwano Investments 61 CC is a service and products company. Specialising in printing, i.e. embroidery and heat press.

The company was formed by Mr Kerwin Maseko, with a strong background in sales, marketing, business development, insurance, banking and finance.

We believe that Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) management and awareness is necessary and should be central in the offering of services and products. As a company we have adopted a culture that all our products and services positively impact on SHEQ matters..

1. What inspired you to brand clothing and apparels?

We do tailored designer garments. Personally, I always want to build something bigger than me & I wanted to dominate with what I'm building. So there was nothing that made sense to me at the time than fashion.

2. Why do you call your brand Dot Mark?

We want to change the narrative around fashion most known phrase "Dress to impress". We are the future of fashion & people "dress to leave a mark " with us, hence the name Dot Mark fashions.

3. How long have you had Dot Mark for?

Dot Mark fashions was established in 2016 August.

4. What was the very first item of clothing or apparel did you brand ?

Our first branded items where beanies.

5. Do you by any chance still have the branded item?

Our first set of 30 beanies where sold out in a week. So to thoroughly answer your question, no we do have.

6. Did you brand it yourself or did you have it branded by one of the branding houses ?

Our first ever set of Dot Mark branded items, was branded by the most leading embroidery printing company in Daveyton-Uzwano printers.

7. At what age did you make your first sale ?

I made my first sale at the age of 22.

8. Tell us a bit about the culture and philosphy of your brand ?

Dot Mark Fashions is a premium lifestyle brand that focuses mainly on tailored designer garment for both male & female. So our company is segmented into two. Street Wear & Limited editions.
We don't tailor clothes but we DREAMS. We are like the Uber of fashion, we take our clients to the future. We take our clients to the future, where they don't "dress up to impress" but "dress to leave a mark"

1. What inspired you to brand clothing and apparels?

The inspiration came from the reflection of the local community through our own eyes. And what we can can impart towards the landscape of the local community. Therefore, I asked myself,what would people like to wear? would they appreciate local brands ? would it spark their interest ? And it did!

2. Why do you call your brand Dot Mark?

The name actually came from the kasi slang "Dinxang" which means- "what's up". We've used it so much that, when I got the apportunity to start something that nsme csme to mind and DinXang was born.

3. How long have you had Dot Mark for?

DinXang was established since 2015. Since then we've captured the support of local brands buyers.

4. What was the very first item of clothing or apparel did you brand ?

Our first branded items where caps and kept growing from there.

5. Do you by any chance still have the branded item?

No.

6. Did you brand it yourself or did you have it branded by one of the branding houses ?

Our first ever set of DinXang branded items, was branded by the most leading embroidery printing company in Daveyton-Uzwano printers.

7. At what age did you make your first sale ?

I made my first sale at the age of 17.

8. Tell us a bit about the culture and philosphy of your brand ?

The idea is to bring some awesomeness and uniqueness into your closet and headwear collection. We aim to market our products to local supporters and make people see the beauty of locally branded products.
